ghar aaj kal..

after vellore...yaar firse ghar dhundne ka lafda start, broker ko call karo , idhar udhar bhago, rooms dekho, locality, facilitys, then bartan ....omg!!.. aaj ghum kar aaya hunn toh apne ghar ki yaad aagayi aur main flashback mein chala gaya.... woh yash chopra ke set jaisa aalishan kamra, woh reshmi lahrata hua parda, farsh mein bicha hua aalishan kaalin.. uthte sath , kadam rakhne se pahle.. ek naukar mere payro mein makhmali chappal pahna deta.., toh dusra geysor on karta.., aur tesra juice ka glass liye khada hota..

well isse main apne ghar se compare karu toh pardo ki quality thodi reasonable kar do..kaalin hata doo...aur naukar chakar bhi hata do..waise naukar chakar ke badle meri pyari maa ko rakh dete hain , toh apne hero ke scenes thode change ho jatee hain, so i will give a retake..

aur aaj, with help frm some of my friends, i hit upon a room, 1stly logo ne bataya(with some hype) ki ek room hain 4k mein , well furnished, comfortable 4 2 ppl n in good area, maine bola ok chalte hain ..area was good like i always wanted, calm n greenery around..d house also looked ok types..so i went in ..

i dont know ki main kaunse floor mein gaya tha, d stairs were complex n d gap was so small ki agar aap apna 15" ka lappy dono hath mein pakad kar chal rahe hain toh scratch lag jayega... kafi chadaii ke baad aaya room...room dekhte hi main chalta raha aur balcony mein chala gaya...then jo log mujhe dikha rahe the unhone bolo 'bhai room toh dekh lo....then i had an close inspection ..deewaaro ka rang thoda phika tha..thr were no windows n only 3 doors, one door 4 entrance, one 4 balcony-toilet n 3rd 4 kitchen-choti-balcony... the cupboard was in full set occupying one full wall of d room.it was d one we see in movies or cartoons i remembered that when i was a kid i used 2 think "ki ek book yaha se nikalo n a secret way opens up to batman's cave"..filhal it was consisting of a mirror, drawer, almirah all attached together..n it was unique in its own way..1st of all mirror hi nahi tha..n thr were 2 lil windows , real main yaar choti window thi jise khol kar u can see d wall behind it....iss window ke niche jo desk bani hui thi whr we generally keep our cosmetics woh itni badi thi ki 30" ka tv aajayee..so i thought ok its 4 tv, uske niche sliding wali drawer thi  like d 1 for a  keyboard ..i said ok tv, comp both.. uske niche stool tha which ladeij use while doin make up..so bachlers concept mein it was good , wondering how ?? let me expllain , below d lil windows  der was a plug point on d wall , so u can get bijli....n mostly bachlers like us use comp toh u can easily arrange ur system keyboard n other stuffs...ladiej stool will be used while browsing on d comp..simple na..after that maine cupboard khol kar dekha hi nahi...

as this piece of wood got over next to it was d door towards kitchen-choti-balcony..basically..choti balcony mein kitchen bana diya tha..n it was unique too..on one end of d balcony thr was d platform 4 making dishes, i went near 2 it n then i realized smething was missing n i asked , i dont knw wht made me 2 ask, 'yaar bartan kaha manjee gae..then d person accomodating me closed d door inside n thr was another platform 4 washing dishes on d other side..so as per calculations:
baconys breadth = doors breadth= platform breadth 4 making dishes= platform 4 washing...

n now d 3rd door..yaha se main nikla balcony mein ..n yaha par tha attached bathroom , wah kya attachment hain!! , it required some guts 2 open n i was lacking that.., fir logo ne bulaya 'aao yaar andar aao..i came in , sat opp 2 cupboard n then i observed d walls..bed ke piche wali wall mein stairs ka design tha, i mean design nahi... stairs hi thee uske niche ye room tha..stairs ka design follow karte my eyes reached d ceiling...it was bent , having spider webs at all nooks n crispy paint hanging in some of those webs...

then i realized it was no room , it was supposed to be an attic, which was for money sake - converted into a room..

at last i knew it was transcending d basic functionality of providing "a roof over one's head", not only it will interest architects it will interest archilogists too..

note: bas tube lite aur fan ko haata do..then it is d same one room bunglow in which vicky used to live after madan chopra defrauded vicky's papa....

n isse end karte hue i m looking forward to watching wake up sid, today eve.. ur company will be most welcomed n yaar kal office jana hain at 7 am..hope ki i wake up before sid..
