life and all that..

after d last post i deserted my blog fearing army movement from the north. especially the Punjab Armed Police located at Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala, Ludhiana & amp a jawan @ bangluru.

the trip to kerala was peaceful. had a good time with family and lots of fresh air.did fishing, swimming, lil trekking, boating had massage and fried prawns on boat. now back to work still the learning and growing continues..

now i feel hard to write..somethings are hard to write about. after something happens to you, you go and write it down and on almost all d occasions i overdramatize or underplay or even exaggerate the wrong parts or i ignore the imp ones.. at any rate i wish to write i never can write the way i want it. so will write aimlessly .

 i go to work at a place called pithampur. n suddenly my dreams have become shorter ..ppl work in pune n dream of goin to paris ..i work in pithampur n here we talk abt goin to pune.

Pithampur its an industrial area on the outskirts of indore with houses in different stages of construction or demolition - it's hard to tell a difference. with temp close to searing 45 degree C. it's a minor inconvenience though in d grand scheme of things, reaching 'd most happening part of india'  - a rural india.

About my company, two kinds of people work here; one who produce results  and the others who look busy. these looking busy types come to work, send lots of emails, make a lot of phone calls, drink a lot of coffee, make a lot of small talk, and get nothing done. and for exceptions like me who is not at all productive but is termed as productive as i have discovered some tricks of my own

1) never walk down the hall without a document in your hands. people with documents in their hands look like hardworking employees heading for important meetings. people with nothing in their hands look like they're heading for the cafeteria.like people with newspaper appear to be heading for bathroom.


2) use computers to look busy. any time you use a computer, it looks like work to the casual observer. You can send and receive personal e-mail, calculate your finances and generally have a blast without doing anything remotely related to work.


3) keep a messy desk. top management can get away with a clean desk. For the rest of us, it looks like you're not working hard enough. build huge piles of documents around your workspace.

overall my ratings have been good with ability to give results under direct supervision when trapped like a mouse in a corner.
